Effective date: 6 November 2026
Lurrtech Co., Ltd. uses the information you send to understand your product or project requirements and arrange the right person to assist you. This notice covers inquiries about wireless modules, antennas, USB dongles and related project support through our website, email and the other contact channels listed on the site.
Information you send
An inquiry may include your name, company, business contact details, product model, quantity, intended market, network requirements, application details and message. Files you choose to send help us review your requirements. Send only what the discussion needs, and remove unrelated personal or confidential information.
We also keep the correspondence needed to follow up. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or confirm stock, price or a delivery date.
How we use and share inquiry information
We use your information to check the requirements, assign the inquiry to the relevant business staff and continue the discussion with you. Those staff and their supervisors may review the inquiry and its files. This inquiry purpose does not give us permission to add you to a marketing mailing list.
Inquiry information may be included in email notifications and correspondence with the staff handling it. We do not pass your inquiry materials to other business partners outside that workflow.
Beyond the inquiry mailboxes, we do not maintain separate business forwarding addresses, download folders, shared drives or a CRM for retaining inquiry materials. Website records, technical logs and backups are described separately below.
Website records, files and technical services
Some forms save submitted information on the website and send an email notification. Website form records can include the referring page, IP address and browser information.
File handling depends on the form. A file may be sent as an email attachment or kept on the website and referenced by a link. The FAQ form does not accept attachments.
We use Hostinger hosting, NetEase email delivery and Gmail for receiving inquiry notification copies. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect inquiry forms against abuse. These services handle technical connections needed for their part of the website or correspondence.
Technical logs can contain records used for website operation and troubleshooting. Hostinger’s daily automatic backups support website recovery, and migration copies may also contain inquiry information. These services support website operation and inquiry handling; they do not give an unrelated business partner permission to use your inquiry materials for its own business.
Contact us before sending files that need a specific confidentiality arrangement.
Cookies and browser storage
Elementor stores data in your browser’s local and session storage. Cloudflare Turnstile uses browser storage for its verification service.
Pages load fonts from Google and verification resources from Cloudflare, connecting your browser to those providers. Browser records follow their own lifetimes; the inquiry retention periods below do not set their expiry.
Retention of inquiry materials and copies
For an inquiry that does not result in a transaction, our retention rule is 180 days from the start of communication. Later messages do not restart that period.
For inquiry materials related to a completed order, both conditions must be met before deletion: no new transaction for 90 days, and ineffective communication for 180 days. Both periods are measured from completion of the order’s delivery.
The same retention deadlines apply to inquiry materials in whole backups, with no additional grace period. These rules require handling in each system; they do not by themselves automatically erase email, website records, technical logs or backups. Deleting a website record does not remove copies from a mailbox or backup. Those copies need separate review and handling.
Orders, invoices, accounting records and other transaction records are handled separately from inquiry materials.
Requests and contact
To ask about information you sent, or request a correction or deletion, email info@lurrtech.com. Include the business contact details and product or project reference used for the inquiry. Do not send identity documents with the initial request.
We review the request against the relevant inquiry and its handling requirements. Questions about this notice can be sent to the same address. We may revise the notice when our inquiry handling changes.
